When you submit a grievance or appointment request, we collect the details you provide (name, mobile number, location, and your message). This information is used solely to address your request and to contact you about it.
This is a demonstration build. Submitted data is stored only in your own web browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to any server. Connect a secure backend before collecting real citizen data.
The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame and the media section can load YouTube videos on click, which may set cookies from those providers.
